Step 1: Open the Survey app from the left menu.
Step 2: Select the survey configuration you want to share.
Step 3: Click the Invitations tab.
You will see a list of existing invitations, if any.
Step 1: Click Create an Invitation in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Fill in the invitation details:
Role – Choose the permission level for the invited user
Email – Enter the user’s email address
Expires at – Set the expiration date for the invitation link
Step 3: Click Invite User to generate the invitation.
The invitation will appear in the list with a unique access link.
Each invitation shows:
Email – The invited user’s email address
Role – The assigned permission level
Link URL – A unique link to accept the invitation
Expires at – The date and time when the link expires
After expiration, a new invitation is required.
Step 1: Share the invitation link with the user (copy or send it directly).
Step 2: The user opens the link and logs in or creates an account.
Step 3: The user gains access to the survey configuration with the assigned role.
