How to View and Review Survey Submissions

A. Access Survey Submissions

Step 1: Open the Survey app from the sidebar.

Step 2: Select the survey configuration you want to review.

Step 3: Go to the Form tab.

Step 4: Click Submissions.


You will now see a table with all collected survey responses.

B. Understand the Submissions Table

Each row in the table represents one survey response and includes:

  • Page – The URL where the survey was completed

  • Country – Detected country of the respondent

  • Language used – Language version shown to the respondent

  • IP address – Visible only if Save IP Address is enabled

  • Operating system – Device OS (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android)

  • Date – When the survey was submitted

  • Time taken – Duration spent completing the survey

  • Details button – Opens the full submission with all answers and metadata

C. View Submission Details

Step 1: Click the Details (three-line) icon on any submission.


Step 2: Review the full response, including:


  • Answers to all questions

  • Timestamps

  • Metadata

  • Technical details
