The system will crawl your website and automatically detect third-party services.
After the scan completes, a table will appear showing detected services, including:
Status – Indicates whether action is required (Todo) or already completed (Done).
Service – Name of the detected service (e.g. Google Fonts, GitHub, Instagram).
Category – Type of service (Hosting, Social Media, Customer Interaction, etc.).
Domain – Domain responsible for the request.
Source – Page or script where the service was found.
Step 1: Use the filter above the table to view:
All services
Services that require action (Todo)
Services that are already configured (Done)
This helps you focus on services that still need configuration.
Step 1: Click Create custom service when:
The service is not listed in the global vendor list
Manual classification is required
You need to define category, purpose, retention, or legal basis
The service is added to your CMP’s Data Processing Services (DPS) list.
Step 2: Click Ignore when:
The service is not relevant
It does not process personal data
It is a duplicate or false detection
You want to exclude it from your CMP
Ignored services remain hidden unless a new scan is run.
