How to Access and Manage Domains for a Survey Configuration

A. Access Domain Management

Step 1: Open the Survey app from the left navigation.

Step 2: Select the survey configuration you want to manage.

Step 3: Click the Domains tab.


You will see a list of all domains allowed for this survey configuration.

B. Add a New Domain

Step 1: Click Add new domain in the top-right corner.


Step 2: Enter the domain details:


  • Host – The domain where the survey is allowed to run

  • Path (optional) – Limit the survey to a specific URL path

  • Is Enabled – Enable the domain immediately or save it for later

Step 3: Click Add Domain to save.

If the path is left empty, the survey can run across the entire domain.

C. Manage Existing Domains

Step 1: Review the domain list showing host, path, and enabled status.

Step 2: Enable or disable domains as needed.

Disabling a domain prevents the survey from loading.
Re-enabling it allows the survey to load again.
