How to Access and Edit a Survey Configuration

A. Open the Configuration Editor

Step 1: Open the Survey app from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Find the survey configuration you want to edit in the list.

Step 3: Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the configuration.


You will be taken to the Modify Configuration screen.

B. Update Configuration Settings


Step 1: Update any of the following fields as needed:

  • Configuration name

  • Data controller

  • Domain list (add or remove domains)

  • Trigger type

  • Save IP address (toggle on or off)

C. Save Your Changes

Step 1: Click Update Configuration to save your changes.
