How to Access and Implement a Survey Configuration

A. Access the Implementation Page

Step 1: Open the Survey app from the sidebar.

Step 2: Select the survey configuration you want to implement.

Step 3: Click the Implementation tab at the top.


You will now see all available integration options.

B. Use the Live Version Script

The Live Version Script embeds the survey loader on your website.

Step 1: Copy the script tag.

Step 2: Paste it inside the <head> section of your website.

Step 3: Make sure it appears before any third-party scripts that require user interaction.

Placing the script outside the <head> may cause the survey to load incorrectly.

C. Share the Survey via Public URL

The Public URL is a direct link to your survey.

Step 1: Copy the Public URL.

Step 2: Share it with users via email, chat, SMS, or messenger.

Step 3: Use it in automated workflows or embed it as a button or link.

This is the fastest way to distribute the survey.

D. Use the Email HTML Button

The Email HTML option provides a ready-to-use button for emails.

Step 1: Copy the HTML block.

Step 2: Paste it into your email tool’s HTML editor.

Step 3: Preview the email to confirm the button appears correctly.

Step 4: When clicked, the button opens the live survey.

You can change the button text to match your language or branding.
