Step 1: Open CookieConsent from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select a company from the list.
Step 3: Select a consent configuration.
Step 4: Click Appearance in the top navigation.
Step 5: Open the Layout sub-tab.
The First Layer is the consent banner users see when they visit the website for the first time.
Step 1: Choose a layout:
Privacy Banner – Displayed at the bottom of the page and less intrusive.
Privacy Wall – Full-screen dialog that blocks interaction until consent is given.
Step 2: Adjust First Layer settings:
Show or hide category toggles (Analytics, Marketing, Functional, etc.)
Hide the language switch
Show a “Deny All” button
Choose how users access more information (link, button, or message link)
Align buttons horizontally or vertically
The Second Layer shows detailed information about services, categories, and data processing.
Step 1: Choose a layout:
Center layout – Opens as a centered window.
Side layout – Opens as a sidebar.
Step 2: Adjust Second Layer settings:
Hide the language switch
Show a “Deny All” button
Set Categories or Services to open by default
The Privacy Trigger allows users to update their consent at any time.
Step 1: Choose a trigger type:
Privacy Button – A floating, always-visible button.
Privacy Link – A link placed manually on the website.
Step 2: Configure trigger behavior:
Position the trigger bottom-left or bottom-right
Show the trigger on all pages or specific pages only
