Step 1: Open Site Auditor from the left navigation.
Step 2: Click the arrow (→) next to the website you want to analyze.
Step 3: The audit dashboard for the selected website will open.
Step 1: At the top of the audit dashboard, click the SEO Audit tab.
Step 2: The dashboard loads SEO metrics from the most recent crawl.
Step 1: Review Total Word Count
Shows the total number of words across all pages.
This helps determine whether the site is content-rich or content-thin.
Step 2: Review Average Code-to-Text Ratio
Shows how much code exists compared to visible text.
Lower values are better and indicate more readable content.
Step 3: Review Average Word Count per Page
Shows the average number of words per page.
This helps identify thin pages, overly long pages, or content imbalance.
Step 1: Review the Keyword by Rankings table.
The table shows:
Rank – Order based on keyword frequency
Keyword – Word or phrase found on the site
Frequency – Number of times the keyword appears
Density – Percentage of total site content
Step 2: Use this data to identify:
Overused keywords
Missing brand or target keywords
SEO optimization opportunities
Potential keyword cannibalization
