Step 1: Open the Site Auditor module from the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Click the arrow (→) next to any website in your list.
This opens the audit dashboard for the selected website.
Step 1: At the top of the audit dashboard, click the Quality Assurance Audit tab.
Step 2: The QA dashboard loads results from the most recent website crawl.
Step 1: Review the Score (%)
Shows the overall HTML and content quality score, based on passed vs. failed tests.
Step 2: Review the Test Count
Displays the total number of QA checks performed across all pages.
Step 3: Review the Failures
Shows how many tests failed, indicating the number of structural or content issues.
Step 1: Review the Rules table, which shows:
Rule – The specific QA check performed
Test count – How many times the rule was applied
Failure count – How many times the rule failed
Status – Passed or Failed
Step 2: Focus on rules with a FAILED status and high failure counts.
QA rules typically cover:
Anchor tag quality
Heading structure
Content semantics
Image alt attributes
Media accessibility
Proper use of paragraphs and headings
Content length
HTML best practices
Fixing these issues helps improve content quality, accessibility, and overall site reliability.
