Step 1: Open SEO Rank Tracker from the sidebar.
Step 2: Select a website from the list.
Step 3: Click Pages in the top navigation bar.
You are now viewing page-level ranking data.
Step 1: Click Select a Date Range at the top of the page.
Step 2: Adjust the filters as needed:
Country (optional) – View rankings for a specific country or all countries
Device – Choose Desktop, Mobile, or Both
Date preset – Use quick ranges like Today, Last 7 days, or This month
Custom date range – Define a specific start and end date
Step 3: Click Filter to apply the settings.
The table refreshes automatically with data for the selected period.
Step 1: Review the table columns:
Page – The URL shown in Google search results
Appearances – Number of impressions for the page
Rank Change – Ranking improvement (green ↑) or decline (red ↓) compared to the previous period
Step 1: Look for pages with:
High Appearances
Positive Rank Change
These pages are performing well and typically only need maintenance.
Step 1: Look for pages with:
Low appearances
Declining rankings (red ↓ indicator)
These pages may benefit from:
Stronger or more relevant keywords
Updated or expanded content
Better internal linking
General SEO optimization
Step 1: Revisit the Pages tab after making SEO changes.
Use it to check:
Whether impressions are increasing
Whether rankings are improving
Whether Google is showing the page more often
This helps confirm whether your SEO efforts are effective.
