Step 1: Open SEO Rank Tracker from the sidebar.
Step 2: Add or connect your Google account.
Step 3: Select a website from the list.
Step 4: Click Keywords in the top navigation bar.
You are now on the Keywords overview page.
Step 1: Click Select a Date Range at the top of the page.
Step 2: Adjust the filters as needed:
Country (optional) – Filter rankings by a specific country
Device (Mobile, Desktop, or Both)
Date preset – Select quick ranges such as All time, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days
Custom date range – Manually define a specific period
Step 3: Click Filter to apply your selections.
All charts, tables, and metrics update automatically.
Step 1: Review the Google Ranking chart.
The chart shows keyword distribution by ranking groups:
1–3
4–10
11–20
21–50
51+
This provides a quick overview of overall search visibility.
If no data exists, the chart will show “No data available.”
Step 1: Review the key metrics below the chart:
Average Rank – Average position of all tracked keywords
Total Rank Difference – Overall ranking movement (positive or negative)
Total Volume – Combined monthly search volume of all keywords
These metrics help track SEO progress at a glance.
Step 1: Scroll through the keyword table to review details such as:
Keyword
Location
Country
Device
Latest rank
Difficulty percentage
Search volume
Rank difference
Date added
This table provides detailed insights for each tracked keyword.
Step 1: Click Add Keyword.
Step 2: Enter keyword details:
Location (city or region)
Device (Mobile, Desktop, or Both)
Keywords (add one or multiple keywords)
Base keyword (optional, for suggestions)
Step 3: Click Add Keyword to save.
Step 1: Click Download to export keyword rankings for the selected period.
The export can be used for client reports or internal SEO analysis.
